Simply fill out and submit the below Return Authorization Request form and authorization will be sent to the email address on the form . No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Your purchase must be returned in salable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.
